Full-Day Conference Package

This all inclusive package is designed specifically for business, conferences, seminars or general meetings, and comprises:

  • Use of fully carpeted and air-conditioned venue
  • Furniture configurations – to suit your specific requirements
  • Conference tables dressed with ice water and mints
  • Registration facility
  • Refreshments on arrival, mid-morning, buffet luncheon, and mid-afternoon tea with biscuits
  • Standard audio-visual equipment (this includes: flipchart, whiteboard and pens)


Half-Day Conference Package

From early-morning until 13h00, or starting with lunch until 17h00, this package comprises:

  • Use of fully carpeted and air-conditioned venue
  • Furniture configuration to suit your specific requirements
  • Conference table dressed with ice water and mints
  • Registration facility
  • Refreshments on arrival, mid-morning or mid-afternoon tea with biscuits
  • Standard audio-visual equipment (this includes: flipchart, whiteboard and pens)
  • Buffet luncheon on request


Trade Shows

The Heritage Conference Centre is equipped, experienced and capable of hosting a variety of functions of various sizes. Some of these include Tradeshows, large exhibitions and product launches. Of our clientele in these categories who have enjoyed our services in the past, we can proudly include The Spar group, The I.G.A. group, Cardies, the FEMO group and Volvo/MarcoPolo. Besides the hosting of Tradeshows, some of which are as large as one hundred and twenty stalls, as well as ample dinning room, we were also part of the MarcoPolo double decker luxury buses launch, which were easily accommodated in our spacious Heritage hall.

Besides having the facilities and equipment to cater for these functions, the management and staff of the Heritage Conference Centre are experienced and completely capable of meeting any and all requirements regarding the event. With most needs often catered for before even been requested. Our staff is always at hand to assist with anything from advice and ideas to the actual hands on help with the setting up and running of your function. The Heritage Conference Centre is more flexible than most other facilities, often allowing for the fact that a function doesn't always run exactly to the prescribed program and slight adjustments are sometimes called for. Our quick thinking staff is always prepared to handle these last minute changes with a smile.

Heritage Conference Centre offers you a world of options, each tailored to your specific conference and exhibition needs. Located at Rosherville – just south of Bedfordview, Johannesburg – Heritage Conference Centre captures the essence of the Victorian era. Starting life in the early 1920’s as maintenance workshops and personnel accommodation for the Victoria Falls Power Company, it now stands proud as Heritage Office Park, home to many top companies. As a natural progression, the recreation hall has been refurbished to bring you the Heritage Conference Centre. Staying true to the characteristic style, architecture and ambience of the era, a 1735 square metre hall has been added. Offering clients the comfort of a fully carpeted, air-conditioned venue, catering for as many as 1500 guests, or as few as five. This fine location, with its pressed ceilings, leaves the unmistakable impression of quality and distinguished taste. Adding to the prestige of any business function. From its stately architecture and practical design through to the fine cuisine, Heritage Conference Centre combines the services of fully trained and experienced staff to offer you the standard of service you would expect, adding our professional touch to your function.
